Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
This Mandela Month, we are calling on corporate sponsors and partners to support the Mandela Day Film Festival, hosted in partnership with the Moral Regeneration Movement (MRM). We are seeking R25,000 to cover technical costs and voluntary crew stipends for this important event that seeks to restore positive values in our schools and communities. About the MRM The Moral Regeneration Movement (MRM) is a national initiative founded by Nelson Mandela in 2002 to promote a society rooted in ethical leadership, social justice, and human dignity. The MRM encourages South Africans to recommit to a shared moral compass through the Charter of Positive Values, which includes: Respect for human dignity and equality Ubuntu (compassion, empathy, solidarity) Accountability and integrity Tolerance and diversity Responsibility and service Non-violence and respect for life These values are more urgent than ever as we witness rising incidents of violence, bullying, and hopelessness in our schools. Why Support the Festival?
