💙 VSC Coaching & Counseling Initiative – 2026 🎯 Purpose To provide guided, empathetic coaching and counseling for youth and individuals facing educational, emotional, or career challenges — helping them rebuild confidence, discover purpose, and take intentional steps toward independence. 🧠Focus Areas Academic Support for Struggling Youth Personalized coaching for learners identified as struggling at school. Focus on mindset, motivation, and practical learning strategies. Career Counseling for School Leavers Unbiased, pressure‑free guidance for individuals uncertain about their next step. Exploration of vocational, entrepreneurial, and alternative pathways. Emotional Support for Unemployed Individuals Safe, private sessions addressing trauma, stress, and emotional resilience. Empowerment through self‑awareness and community connection. Re‑Engagement for Youth Who Feel Left Behind Inclusive programs to reconnect disengaged youth with learning and opportunity. Focus on belonging, purpose, and skill‑based growth. 🕰️ Delivery Model Flexible Scheduling: Sessions guided by individual time availability. Private & Remote Options: Delivered at VSC in confidential settings or online.
