This practical experience builds confidence, sharpens communication, and helps young people prepare for real-world job interviews. Participate in 1-on-1 or panel-style interviews Provide real-time feedback and tips on how to improve Share insights on workplace expectations and etiquette Sessions are 30-45 minutes per youth, with guidance and templates provided
