The PYMA Mentorship Programme aims to guide and support learners in their academic, personal and career development journeys. By pairing them with experienced professionals who offer guidance, encouragement and practical skills for success. The programme focuses on goal setting, career exploration, personal growth and life skills development, helping learners build confidence, discipline and a sense of purpose. Mentors serve as positive influences, helping mentees make informed decisions about their future while fostering accountability and self-leadership.
