Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus Assist with food preparation (chopping, washing, measuring ingredients) Follow food safety and hygiene standards Ensure proper food storage and labeling Serve meals to clients or assist with meal distribution Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas Wash dishes and sanitize work surfaces Assist with inventory checks and basic stock rotation Report any food safety concerns to the supervisor Requirements Education & Background No formal education required (experience preferred) Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety Culinary training (a plus but not required) Skills & Competencies Ability to follow recipes and instructions Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good time management skills Ability to work as part of a team Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight ​ To apply, send your CV to hr@patchupsa.com
