Key Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, and harvesting crops Help prepare soil, compost, and garden beds Support irrigation and basic farm maintenance Operate basic farming tools and equipment (under supervision) Help with packaging and distribution of produce Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas Follow safety and environmental guidelines Assist with farmers’ markets or community food distribution (if applicable) Requirements Education & Background No formal education required Interest in agriculture, gardening, or sustainable farming Agricultural or horticulture training (a plus but not required) Skills & Competencies Willingness to perform physical outdoor work Basic knowledge of farming or gardening (preferred) Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in varying weather conditions ​ To apply, send your CV to hr@patchupsa.com
