We run awareness programs, outreach initiatives, community development projects, and major events such as Love Without Fear to uplift and empower vulnerable communities. To keep our impact strong and growing, we rely on committed, reliable volunteers — and we need your help coordinating them. ✨ Opportunity: Online Volunteer Coordinator We are looking for a passionate and organised Online Volunteer Coordinator to help manage, support, and guide NRPD volunteers. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth communication, proper task allocation, and an uplifting volunteer experience. If you enjoy engaging with people, keeping things organised, and being part of meaningful change, you will thrive here. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Onboard new volunteers and welcome them into the NRPD community Facilitate communication between volunteers and project/event teams Allocate tasks, track volunteer activity, and maintain simple volunteer records Organise and run online check-ins or briefing sessions Keep the volunteer community engaged, motivated, and informed Assist with coordination for NRPD campaigns, outreaches, and events (especially online operations) 🎯 Ideal Candidate Friendly, patient, and able to work well with people Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, email, Google Docs, or similar Can work independently and manage small groups Reliable, consistent, and committed to community upliftment Experience in coordination or admin is an advantage (not required) 🌍 What You’ll Gain Real leadership and coordination experience Impactful community work you can do from anywhere A supportive, purpose-driven team A reference letter upon successful volunteer service The joy of helping drive meaningful change across communities affected by poverty and drugs 💙 Why This Role Matters Volunteers are the backbone of NRPD’s work.
