Ernest Foundation is seeking a committed volunteer Board Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organisation's programmes and community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction for community development programmes. Help identify community needs and programme priorities. Oversee planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. Develop programme plans, objectives and measurable outcomes. Monitor the impact and effectiveness of programmes. Support the development of new community projects. Work with volunteers and programme teams. Ensure programmes align with Ernest Foundation's mission and objectives. Identify opportunities for collaboration with community organisations. Present programme updates and recommendations to the Board. Impact: Your leadership will help Ernest Foundation deliver better-organised, sustainable programmes that respond to the real needs of the Orange Farm community. Requirements: Interest or experience in community development, social development, project management or a related field. Good leadership and communication skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to work with diverse community members. Commitment to Ernest Foundation's mission.
