Hope Africa Collective provides skills development for NEET youth. One of our courses in our Economic Development area is Hairdressing. Our approach to skills development is holistic and focuses on both hard skills and soft skills. We prepare youth for entrepreneurship by development with a multidimensional approach: spiritual, psycho-social, social and material. Our 14-week course is designed to equip these young people with skills for life and see them 'run toward life' with hope and purpose. This course includes an entrepreneurship opportunity which, if engaged, seeks to set these young women up in their own container converted hair salon businesses.
