Help TPY Graduates Access Mentors, Internships and Employment Opportunities What do we need? Thokoza Progressive Youth (TPY) is seeking professionals, companies, recruiters, HR practitioners, ICT specialists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who are willing to support unemployed youth through mentorship, internship opportunities, workplace exposure, job shadowing, graduate placement, and career guidance. Many of our graduates have successfully completed internationally recognized ICT training programmes but require industry exposure, professional networks, and employment opportunities to launch their careers.
