Help TPY Graduates Access Mentors, Internships and Employment Opportunities What do we need? Thokoza Progressive Youth (TPY) is seeking professionals, companies, recruiters, HR practitioners, ICT specialists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who are willing to support unemployed youth through mentorship, internship opportunities, workplace exposure, job shadowing, graduate placement, and career guidance. Many of our graduates have successfully completed internationally recognized ICT training programmes but require industry exposure, professional networks, and employment opportunities to launch their careers. We are looking for support in the following areas: • Career mentoring and coaching • CV review and interview preparation • Internship opportunities • Graduate placement opportunities • Job shadowing opportunities • Workplace readiness workshops • Industry networking opportunities • Entrepreneurship mentoring • Volunteer guest speakers • Recruitment partnerships Why is this important? South African youth face significant barriers when transitioning from training into employment. Many talented graduates possess the technical skills but lack access to professional networks, workplace experience, and career guidance.
