Agriculture Facilitator - Volunteer Key Responsibilities: Assist with community and school farming projects Provide support during agricultural training sessions and workshops Help communities implement sustainable farming practices Assist with planting, irrigation, composting, and crop maintenance Support food garden projects and agricultural outreach programs Conduct site visits, community awareness campaigns, and educational activities Assist with monitoring project progress and maintaining simple records Provide administrative support as needed Requirements Education & Background Currently studying or completed studies in: Agriculture Agricultural Management Environmental Science Agronomy Community Development or related field (preferred) High school diploma minimum (for community support roles) Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for agriculture and community development Ability to work outdoors and with diverse communities Good organizational and record-keeping skills Basic computer literacy Teamwork and problem-solving abilities For a more procative Application, send your CV to fundraise@patchupsa.com
