Key Responsibilities Assist with client intake and basic needs assessments Provide support during counseling sessions (observation or co-facilitation if qualified) Help connect clients to community resources (housing, food programs, healthcare, employment services) Support case management documentation and follow-ups Conduct home visits,outreach and awareness campaigns Assist with workshops, support groups, and community programs Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards Provide administrative support as needed Requirements Education & Background Currently studying or completed studies in: Social Work Psychology Sociology Human Services Counseling or related field (preferred) High school diploma minimum (for community support roles) Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and cultural sensitivity Ability to maintain confidentiality Good organizational and documentation skills Basic computer literacy Ability to work with diverse populations To apply, send your CV to hr@patchupsa.com
