Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
Help Restore Our Children’s Rights Exhibit Play Africa’s Children’s Rights Exhibit is one of our most powerful and beloved installations, designed to help children explore, understand, and express their rights in a safe, playful, and empowering space. Over time, with thousands of little feet, hands, and imaginations engaging with it, the exhibit has naturally worn down. We now urgently need to repaint, varnish, and recoat key surfaces to ensure it remains: Safe , by applying durable, non-slip coatings Bright and welcoming, with vibrant colours that spark curiosity and learning Protected and long-lasting, through high-quality varnishes that preserve materials exposed to heavy use This exhibit is a cornerstone of our school programs and public visits, inspiring children to speak up, collaborate, and take pride in their voices. Repainting and refinishing it ensures that future children can continue to experience it at its full potential. We need: Skilled painters or artisans Child-safe paint and varnish supplies Volunteers willing to help prep and refresh the space Your contribution will help us keep the message of children’s rights alive, visible, and engaging exactly as it should be.
