What are we currently doing?

ICAN: ICAN is will be a newly introduced project aimed at empowering Ireners to collect CANNED food throughout the year to help out with food security at the Stellenbosch Night Shelter. ICAN is designed to allow sustainable social impact from students at low costs.  Homelessness is a huge social issue on campus. As students, we are in constant interaction with such difficulties. Moreover, food for the homeless at the shelter is even a bigger issue. To allow students to engage in alleviating and being impactful in their immediate space, ICAN will be a great and empowering initiative.
